Vincent Jaquet, owner of Inara Camp, travels from the Agafay desert to Sidi Ghanem where he has just opened a boutique-restaurant that takes us to the south of Morocco and sub-Saharan Africa.
It is the result of 15 years of travel and China. You will find there jars and dishes from Tata and Foum Zguid, ceramics from Tamegrout, rugs, Mauritanian mats, weavings (from Zanzibar, Namibia, Kenya ...), Indian saris and bamboo blinds. of Mauritius collected by Vincent, but also pieces that he designs and produces.
Once you have made your choice, you can sit down from breakfast to tea time (with juices and Tchaba teas) and taste Moroccan cuisine and travel concocted by Faical Zahraoui of FZ Factory (the super chef of Azalai Urban Souk). On the menu, tagines, Creole chicken, yassa, salads, toast and dishes based on vegetables.
